Shipping & Delivery
Lords leather offer a worldwide delivery of leather garment products. We use reputed courier companies for delivering the package like DHL, Fedex etc to make the customer happy and risk free. kindly provide complete street addresses with telephone or contact us to avoid delay in delivery. We can’t deliver to P.O Box address.
We mostly manufacture item on demand, so it may take 10-15 days maximum to deliver you at your home. Rush customer have to write us in advance or contact us before purchase.
We are not responsible for local duties / custom duties / VAT, because we charge you for the product and shipping cost. Local duties and other duties are not in our control.
Shipping charges: Its depends on the weight of the clothings and product.
Privacy & Security
Any information regarding our customer is extremely important for us and we don’t share this information with anybody. Your name, email address, contacts number, street address, what you purchase, even nothing. Feel free; your privacy is important for us.
Returns & Replacements
  1. We offer 20 days money back or exchange guarantee (except for shipping costs).
  2. In case of Return or Exchange: customer must be returned all in original packing and condition with tags attached.
  3. Custom order & specially made item are not exchanged or returned. However if any custom order wasn’t made upon specification / measurements, we offer free alternation/fix.
  4. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns.
  5. We offer free fix return policy, if item send are defective, incorrect or wrong measurement. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason within 48 hours of receiving the item. Therefore, it's especially important to check/inspect item carefully upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return approval to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
  6. All faulty/exchanged items will be returned by the customer at its own cost, to our service department in Pakistan.
